We understand it's sometimes hard to shop online, but don't worry, we've got you!

We accept returns of merchandise up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full product's order amount, which does not include shipping previously paid. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and must use a trackable service. 

In order to start a return, please email us at cheers@brewmalibu.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 15 days of receipt of your order. We appreciate your help with this process!

In the event that your merchandise order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cheers@brewmalibu.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
